Group Classes & Rates

Small class sizes guarantee an intimate setting and personal attention, and with guaranteed regular spots for you. Class runs for 50 minutes, focuses on technique, stability and core strengthening while sculpting and toning both the arms and legs with the use of Reformer and other equipment. 

We encourage beginners to complete the reduced rate introductory private sessions package before taking the group class.

Registered group classes run 10 week term/period rotations with a guaranteed spot and fixed schedule of only 6 people per class.

• All prices are subject to 13% HST
• A one-time $25 registration fee applies to the first 10 week term registration
• Payments are due in full term prior to booking confirmation and/or prior to the start of a renewal term.
• We accept payment in credit cards (except AMEX and no Debit) and through E-transfer.
• Non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All registered regular classes are pre-booked and single classes are by appointment only.
